Items stating 'OUT OF STOCK' or 'DUE IN SOON' will not be backordered. Any items ordered will be refunded in full.
Certain items are sharp or contain substances to be used with care. No liability will be accepted for misuse
If items are out of stock, Excelsior do not not place items on backorder. If and when the item(s) arrive back into stock and the item(s) are still needed, it will be treated as a new order, plus all relevent transport costs.
If items need to be re-ordered in, prices may change without notice and all new stock will be charged at the new price.
We can send samples, but the item does need to be be paid for, with relevent transport costs. Please call or email us.
Excelsior are NOT insured with couriers for sending glass or ceramics. Therefore all orders with glass or ceramics will need to be sent on a pallet. We will contact you regarding the price before picking your order.
Delivery with Interlink will be overnight delivery from the day that your order is despatched. Prices start from £7.50 to England, Wales and Southern Scotland Only. If your postcode falls outside of these areas, you will be contacted before your order is picked with a delivery charge.
Deliveries to Highlands, Channel/Offshore Islands will start at £23.65. You will be contacted before your order is picked for additional payment.
Delivery with Palletways will either be overnight, or over a 3 day period from orders being despatched depending on your choice. Prices start from £23.00 (area depending, can be £75.00)
Every order will have the standard cost of £7.50 added to the order. If the transport cost is more than this, we will contact you and confirm the extra cost and another card payment will be debited from your card.
If an order is delivered that seems to be damaged, it is essential that the delivery is signed for as 'DAMAGED'. This will help the process of making a claim with the courier.
Please take into consideration that Excelsior is also a cash and carry, therefore, if staff are busy with customers in the shop, or with deliverys it may delay your order.
Excelsior do ship to anywhere in the World, but deliveries outside of the U.K. will only take bankers draft or BACS as payment unless discussed with the customer first. Please e-mail us before placing your order.
We do not work on a sale or return policy and we will not credit for goods bought inncorectly, unless agreed with by a member of staff at Excelsior. There will also be a 20% handling charge. All transport costs incurred for returning goods to Excelsior will be coverd by the customer.
None of our containers are guarenteed to be waterproof.
